If merchandise is delivered defective in anyway, we're happy to provide you a full refund as a testament to the quality of our selections! Please measure your Frenchie before making your selections - that way you’ll know your item(s) will be the right size :).

Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on items purchased in discounted orders.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Your exchange or return will usually be processed within 24-48 business hours. For returns, please note that your bank may take up to 7-10 business days to allot the funds back to your account.

Exchange Policy

Even Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, we’ll waive the pre-paid SmartLabel® fee and the new shipping cost for domestic orders. Please just email us at indicating you’d like an exchange and we will email you a prepaid USPS packaging slip to send your item(s) back to us.

Uneven Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, the return pre-paid SmartLabel® fee and new shipping fees may apply.

If you have purchased an item and you’d like to exchange for a more expensive item, we will email you an invoice for the difference and we will not charge shipping costs.

If you have purchased an item and you’d like to exchange for a less expensive item - we will give you store credit/gift card for the difference. Shipping costs may apply.

Please note:

If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a store credit instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive an email to notify you about the store credit. Exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to Return Merchandise

We do not cover return shipping costs for domestic or international orders. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.

Price Adjustments and Catalog:

Should an item on the website or catalog be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a one-time price adjustment. Contact us to request a price adjustment.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift from our catalog or website, you may return it to our warehouse using the SmartLabel® or your own return shipping method. Either way, please let us know of your intent at Once the return is received, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the return and e-mailed to the original shipping email address.

The original order number is required to process your gift return. Please contact us for this information if you don’t have it or send us an email to To help us locate the gift order, we’ll need the information below for the person who purchased the gift.

We’re unable to process returns for toys that have been opened. All toys must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. If there is any evidence of tampering, the toy will not be accepted for return and funds will not be allotted back to your account.

Holiday Specific Items

For items that are specific to a certain holiday i.e. Halloween, Christmas, New Years, Hanukkah, 4th of July, all sales are final.
