Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on frenchiessentials.com for exchange or store credit in line withstore policies outlined below. If merchandise is delivered defective in anyway, we're happy to provide you a full refund as a testament to the quality of our selections! However, if you've selected the incorrect size or your French Bulldog has outgrown your selection, please see our policies below.

Please note: If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and mailed to you. If you paid with an e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be emailed directly to you. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
When Will I Be Refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, we’ll waive the pre-paid SmartLabel® fee and the new shipping cost for domestic orders.
If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, the return pre-paid SmartLabel® fee and new shipping fees will apply.
If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a store credit instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive an email to notify you about the store credit. Exchanges based upon incorrect sizing selections are not accepted.
How to Return Merchandise
Follow the directions on the back of your packing list. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.
Using the pre-paid return SmartLabel®:
Once you notify FrenchiEssentials of your intent to return a defective item, we will send you a return packaging slip via email. Please note: -$5.95 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit when using the Return Mailing Label.
Affix the SmartLabel® to the package, drop it in the mail, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
Using Your Own Shipping Method
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

Should an item on the website or catalog be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a one-time price adjustment. Contact us to request a price adjustment.
If you received a gift from our catalog or website, you may return it to our warehouse using the SmartLabel® or your own return shipping method. Follow the directions for gift returns on the back of the packing list. Once the return is received, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the return and mailed to the original shipping address.
The original order number is required to process your gift return. Please contact us for this information if you don’t have it or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us locate the gift order, we’ll need the information below for the person who purchased the gift. We’ll provide you with a gift return form to enclose with your package.

Toys & Medicines
We’re unable to process returns for toys or medicines that have been opened or are returned in a soiled condition. All toys must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All medicines must be in new and unused condition with boxes unopened.

We understand your puppy may grow but if you order the wrong size, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on this basis. All sizing charts are accurate and reliable. Make sure you measure your puppy!
